Do you charge per user?
No — and that’s the point. Rooche is a flat rate: add your whole team without watching a per-seat meter. Growing your business shouldn’t grow your software bill line by line.
Is my data isolated?
Yes. Each business gets its own deployment at its own address — not a shared multi-tenant pool. Your data sits behind your own walls, and one identity (CEM) governs who can reach it.
Can I use the products without a company?
Yes. Each product also has a personal, consumer version at its own address — dunly.rooche.biz, sumly.rooche.biz, umento.rooche.biz — where you sign up for yourself. Your personal account and its data are yours alone, not visible to any organization.
How do updates work?
One build serves every client, so improvements reach everyone at once — automatically. Your setup is configuration on top of that shared, audited build, so you’re never stuck on a stale fork and never chasing an upgrade.
Who builds and runs it?
We do. Rooche Digital IT Solutions, Inc. builds, deploys, updates, and supports the platform across web, mobile, and desktop. You get in-app support, signed in — you focus on the business, we keep the platform humming.
What does Rooche not do?
We’re not an ERP, we don’t file your taxes, and we won’t sell you a module catalog to assemble yourself. Rooche is a small suite of focused apps on one platform — if that’s not the shape you need, we’ll tell you honestly.
